Processing & Shipping Times

• Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Standard shipping: 7–20 business days to the US (depending on supplier location, often from Asia or US warehouses).
• Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee, estimated 5–10 business days.

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping may be available but is not our primary focus.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount — check the site for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that due to our dropshipping model, tracking may begin from the supplier's location.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Items

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of kawaii keyboard keys from FluffKey. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to our dropshipping model, returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team (which may be the supplier's address). Contact us at fluffkeysupport@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

FluffKey Commercial Warranty

All our products benefit from a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. This warranty applies in addition to any applicable statutory warranty.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects and defective materials.
• Hardware failures occurring under normal conditions of use.
• Failure of switches, sensors, and electronic components.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse or accident.
• Normal wear and tear (cables, mouse feet, keycaps).
• Modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized third party.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
